Why it exists

Therapists and school staff asked for it. They wanted the moving light from Psy180, the platform therapists use in their own sessions, in a form they could open anywhere: a school Chromebook, a phone or a tablet.

What it is

A light moves steadily from side to side. You choose its speed, size and colours, and whether sound or vibration follows it. A session runs for two or five minutes, or until you end it.

The sound library is the one Psy180 offers therapists, shown here as it is there, with the studies behind each label.

What it isn't

It isn't a medical device, and it isn't a substitute for care from a professional. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything.

Seizures and light

If you have epilepsy or have ever had a seizure, check with your doctor before using it. Stop at any time if you feel dizzy, unwell or uncomfortable.
